Return Policy
We accept returns of certain items within 30 days from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
We only issue refunds for items which are defective or damaged. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To complete your refund, we require an order number and a return authorization number. To request a return authorization number, please contact [email protected].
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days from the date your refund was approved.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- We receive an item which is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- We receive an item without a return authorization number.
- We receive an item more than 14 days after issuance of a return authorization number.
My Refund is Missing
If you are expecting a refund but haven’t received it, please do the following:
- Double check your statement for the method of payment you used to make the purchase.
- Contact your credit card company and/or your bank. They may already be processing your refund and it just hasn’t shown up on your statement yet.
- If you have done all this and still don’t know where your refund is, email us at [email protected].
Exchanges
We only exchange items which are defective or damaged for another copy of the same item. In the event that item is no longer available, we will issue you a refund. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, we require a return authorization number. To request a return authorization number, please contact [email protected].
Gifts
Exchanges of gifts are subject to the “Exchanges” section above.
Refunds for gifts can only be made to the original method of payment. If you received your item as a gift and request a refund, the credit will be issued to the gift giver’s method of payment. If you do not have sufficient information to match your item to its corresponding order, we cannot issue a refund.
Shipping
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items.
We do not issue refunds or exchanges for returns we do not receive. You should consider purchasing tracking or insurance on your return.
